Great Pizza. Awesome friendly staff. You can get a vegan pizza here if you substitute the pizza souce for marinara and ask for no cheese. Love to go there if I am in the city. (It is an hour drive there for me. If it would be closer I would be there at least twice a week) Please keep on doing such a great job.

I've never been inside or ordered over the phone, but we have had nothing but good food and service via online ordering. Our delivery driver is always pleasant. Their salads are hearty, and the pizza is everything I want in a good quality Chicago style pie.

I just called to place a delivery order like normal and some guy answered the phone with the ugliest attitude ever. I understand that these people are sometimes under work related stress and I can usually tolerate it, but this guy really went past that line. The negative tonality that was radiating from his voice made me almost lose my appetite and want to cancel the order out of spite. Just because he's dead inside for having a job that he doesn't want(failed dreams) does not give him the right to project that onto respectful customers who are just trying to place an order. All it takes is one bad employee, and he can single handily destroy the image and reputation of an entire company and be responsible for massive quarterly profit loss. One bad apple will ruin the entire batch. Fire this guy and I promise there will be massive growth for sarpinos.

Ordered combo chicken wings. They said 45 minutes max. I was like ok sounds good. An hour in I call. The driver went to the wrong address. So I call the place. Manager says sorry he's far away. That's it. I told them nevermind at this point I've been waiting for 2 hours for Chicken wings. They didn't want to give me an extra something or anything for the wait. I always order from here but they sheets stretch the time so I'm done.. time to look for another good food joint

I've been ordering from this place for more than two years. And today the "main manager" hanged up on me. Lets start with saying i used to work at Sarpinos myself so I know what the customer service is. Every time, for last couple months, i called and kept asking to change my phone number, since another one wasn't even mine. So My friends received phone calls in the middle of the night, on a weekends and whenever our family feels like pizza. Funny right, cause every time i ask to change phone number, it is probably too much to ask for. Today it happened again and I got in a bad situation, thanks to Sarpinos managers, who "know" how to do their job. I got upset and use f word describing the situation. Not lady like but I'm still a human. And the manager just hanged up on me. Probably that's the best way to go with upset customer... After I called back and told him, he shouldn't act this way he started shouting Im not the one to tell him how to do this job. Well, I wasn't the one who yelled... Oh, and he cut me off again. Great way to go, manager! I'm waiting to hear back from owner, or shift manager. I still gonna order, cause well... not pizza's choice who to hire.
