They are better than the Harwood Heights location when it comes to the taste and quality of the food, but their delivery times are ridiculous!! Every time I order from them they are always past the estimated time and it's always over an hour. I literally just ordered cheese bread sticks and that was it... it took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to get it delivered to me. And they wonder why I give the minimum tip!

You would think after getting the same complaints about having poor customer service, that they would replace the lady working with customers and handling phone orders. I ordered a couple large pizza's a week ago. This is my third time at this location...however, this time, I was just annoyed at the lack of customer service. I walked in and said "hello" to one of the workers, and he just kept looking at me with an angry face and didn't reply. The lady then ran up asking what I ordered, and then just took my card from my hand and continued to speak to someone else as she rang me out as if I wasn't even there anymore. I did not feel welcomed whatsoever, and would not recommend this pizza place to anyone else after this. I should have just read the previous reviews here, as everyone gets the same "experience".

Terribly rude customer service. 
Bold guy from tonight's shift YELLED at me. I asked his name and he didn't say it.
It shouldn't be like this. Please have them learn how to communicate with customers.

Pizza is garbage...if your from Chicago and like it then move somewhere...quickly. Rather eat a pizza lunchable...

I placed an order before they closed, and as soon as it hits 1am, they cancel the order. I know at dominos if you order before they close they will deliver, but it's kind of bogus that they say they are open, and if you place an order, they will cancel it as soon as they say they are closed
