Dr Sarver is great and that's why my rating is not a 1.  Don't ever expect to pay the estimate they give you ALWAYS expect to pay double.  Even if the insurance pays exactly what is on the estimate they will find ways to hide fees to make you pay more.  Not just a one time thing.  I have been going here for years just finally had enough.  Would pay off my balance and would get another bill.  This last time just had enough and will not be back!

I have known him since high school to be a person of great integrity and went to dental school with him and saw him developing into an excellent dentist as well.

Appts are never available.  My son’s crown is malfunctioning after a year, he doesn’t live in town and even though he is here now they won’t fit him in.  He’s having pain and food gets caught under the gum line.  Another dentist said the crown was not done well and needs to be replaced.  Front desk staff can be rude.

My  4 year old was VERY nervous during her visit.  The staff handled the situation professionally and proved that they have patience when it comes to children.  The dentist and staff talked her through the process and were able to calm her down enough to get the procedure done.
