Wonderful store with wonderful service and employees! I'm a manager at a store near SAS Shoes and I know the people who work here and in almost every store around the outlets... to the Google user who said that white clientele are treated better than people of color-  I have absolutely NO idea what that's about... most of the clientele here are non- white and so your comment makes no sense! Why would we alienate the largest market we have?? Most people shopping at the Hagerstown outlets are coming from Silver Spring,  D.C., Baltimore,  etc... we value ALL of our guests... not just the minority of white guests that come here! Thanks and definitely check out SAS Shoes! Great store with great prices! Xo

Shoes are very comfortable. Price is high but they last years. Never bought a pair I couldn't wear all day right away. I have awful feet, bone spurs and I'm diabetic. I don't know what I would do without these shoes. The picture shows Sorrento. They have gone thru two summers. Top still in great shape and bottoms not really worn.

No price tags but try them on anyway. You won't be disappointed.   I wore them the first day for 14 hours straight.   I'm on my feet a lot as a teacher and my feet felt great all day and even after taking them off.  I'm glad I didn't let the price deter me from a purchase.  I'm looking forward to my next visit to the store to get another pair.

Had what I wanted and gave me $10 off my purchase.  The shoes are pretty comfortable so far.

Management prefers "white" and "conservative" customers only. Found out Hagerstown Outlet has history of "whites-only welcomed." Expect poor service if black or Hispanic by all-white management-
