I'm in Love with His style!! Praying I get this house!

I met with Eric Sasser (the owner).  He showed me the plans that his company designed for our clubhouse in our neighborhood.  He and his staff went out their their way to show me the features and progress made on this project, although they were under no obligation to do so.  If you looking for new home on the water in Suffolk, or want a custom built home give them call.  They are very professional and accommodating.

I highly recommend Sasser Construction and have lived in my Sasser built home since 1996. Their quality construction, excellent customer service, and attention to every detail are all good reasons to consider having Sasser Construction build your next home. With many choices available to consumers today, it makes sense to compare the overall value before you make a decision.

Eric,
We have for the most part enjoyed the home you built for us that we have lived in for about 11 years now.  However, I wanted to report to you that the pella windows installed in this house must be the worst windows available.  Many are rotting with the 10 year warranty (that is about all they last) and pella will not work with us on any adjustment.  I don't know what to do and I'm afraid to even replace them with another pella window since they do not hold up long tern due to rotting.  Any thoughts?
