This place is the best. Hands down. 

After an awesome night I was the unfortunate victim of an incredibly unlikely scenario in which my debit card was accidentally switched with another persons card. Although I'm assuming this will probably never happen again.. the owner and employees rallied all night to find the person who had drunkenly accepted my card by accident. The next day, Ed (the owner) personally delivered my card back to me. 

I highly recommend this place not only for their exceptional customer service, but for an overall amazing, fun, and nice atmosphere this establishment has to offer.

Cool and fun place to go every once in a while. People get pretty wild and a lot of people go. Really cool building.

Love the place, its the best bar in Knoxville. Staff is fantastic, the drinks are always strong. Beautiful Victorian house 3 floors gorgeous outside patio, the regulars are the most fun people in Knoxville and ED will make you the best drinks in town. Strongly recommend visiting on a Thursday night to get the best experience ever and Friday or Saturday if you want to enjoy the chill vibe.

I only rated Sassy's a 3 because there's no room on the dance floor for anyone. My feet hurt and my $300 shoes are a total mess. I got stomped for the duration I was there and couldn't actually express myself dancing because the lack of dance floor. At the end of the day though Sassy's has it's own eclectic and personal mix of individualality as far as," Not your usual bar/club, in fact it's a 2 story house." After everything is all said and done though, you'll leave with a since of closeness with the people around you as having known them all before...
