0 stars, you couldn't get a worse doctor if you tried. I would prefer Dr. Dre or Dr Feel-good as I suspect I could rely on these characters as being at least reasonably courteous, this woman is an absolute crazy person and how any hospital sees fit to grants her priveledges is beyond me.

This doctor is absolutely horrible. She could care less about her patient's. She was called so that I could clarify a script I was placed on hold for 10 mins the first time and hung up on. Then on hold for over 10 mins the second time when the doctor her self answered and screamed at me then hung up still with out clarification. I then called back to a very nice receptionist who told me she was sorry that the doctor said that I was an inconvenience that she had to leave her other patients to basically help another by clarifying a prescription with me for the incorrect dose and the other script with no directions. I was then told by the patient standing abd waiting patiently that she is the worst doctor and it was only her second visite and plans the change. She is rude and inconsiderate. I hope people read these reviews before considering her as a primary care because I would never recommend anyone this nasty.

Dr. Sastry treated my condition while others wouldn't. She's straight to business and will knock out whatever issue you're dealing with. She's in the business of saving people's lives not customer service.

a year of infusions and infection still not healed, looked at the wound maybe 3 times in a year, it's all about the money money money , if there was a minus star to mark that would be it, trying to get medical records for 6 weeks and she isn't given them up, after a year , everyday infusions he still lost his leg, you would think after all this crap running through your veins the infection would of been cleared up. i highly advise to find another doctor, she is not the one and he PA is a joke, she is all about the money not the patient

If I had actually saw Dr sastry I would maybe be able to rate her personally, but I went to the office for 4 different appointments and she was out every time or was there and left before I could see her. The one star goes to her receptionist, she has the patience of a saint. Between her overbooking, her cold and emotionless PA, and her consistent absence, I have decided to seek another doctor. That office is a joke.
