Heater quit blowing warm air and it’s 15 degree outside on a Friday morning. Was super worried I wouldn’t be able to get someone to come out before the weekend and two other places I called were booked for 1 - 2 weeks out. Satterlee came out same day and fixed it. Technician was very nice and respectful and got the job done as quickly as he could. It was a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for!! Good, timely service!!

Prices are higher but you get experienced staff that know what they're doing. They had my issue resolved very quickly.

NEVER, EVER CALL THIS PLACE!!! We were charged $1200 to have a drop-in tub installed. JOB should have taken a couple hours. 4 days later we had a tub that has a broken drain and isn't seated properly. 1/2" gap all around. WTF. ZERO STARS if I could.

We've always had secess with Satterlee. We've had multiple issues with plumbing and air conditioning, they have always been prefessional and informative. It's a different guy everytime and all of them were a success! Im satisfied with their work! Good job guys!
