I'm a little late in writing this review but I feel I must share my experience. I took my machine in for repair, this is a pretty new machine but was eating my bobbin case holders and breaking needles.  My machine was repaired quickly, no hidden charges. My machine now runs better than it did when I first got it, it no longer sounds like a thrashing machine and runs perfect. Can't say enough about this business, family owned and operated. If you need repairs, that's the place to go
