The chicken and sausage gumbo was full of spice that gave it a wonderful flavor. It wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy but did have a slight bite. The catfish po boy also had a great taste and was very filling.

This is by far the best place to eat in the San Antonio, not just food trucks and I have tried most places, I have been a customer for a few years now since they were on JBSA Randolph and now at other locations.  I have tried everything and it is always good and fresh, they are on Uber Eats as well if you don't feel like going out.

Look out Ville Patte them red beans and rice with the catfish was fiya ima be looking for you when I need my home style cooking fix. He official like stripes and a whistle yall this real Louisiana cooking

My husband and I hired sauce's for our wedding catering, and it was a HUGE hit! We had Cajun BBQ on the menu and our family loved it. Keyon was very easy to communicate with - his service and dedication are very apparent! I would definitely recommend them for a party, or to just go have lunch/dinner!

I tried Sauces for the first time last weekend. I can truly say, I know how the food critic in the cartoon movie Ratatouille felt when he tried the dish at the end of the movie! Brought me back to Mom’s house in New Orleans! No one can touch your shrimp brother, but my baby sister has your catfish beat by a slight margin. But, nonetheless, you have a customer and more as long as you’re open for business. The Po Boy Sauce is to die for! If you want Great Cajun Southern Cooking! Stopping by Sauces Food Truck is a MUST!!!

Very good  cooked perfect the batter is very tasty..The wings were cooked perfect just wanted a sauce on it ..A good choice  for food

This cajun girl is extremely happy! Finally we have real cajun food in San Antonio. It taste like I was back home in Southern Louisiana. Y'all have to come and try the awesome food coming out of this food truck. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the seafood you  are getting. We will definitely be back and we will be spreading the word.

First off, great location! Amazing place to enjoy some fresh southern food.  Freshly made and hot ‘n’ ready. Flavors are out of this world. Highly recommended and suggest to try the boudin balls. Customer service is a 10/10, very friendly.

Very friendly helpful the GUMBO is amazing add shrimp perfect flavor just like Louisiana!!!! Now the BATTER they use for the fried Shrimp is awesome best I have had in YEARS seafood restaurants have nothing on this place if you have not ate here you have not had good CAJUN FOOD !!!! Thank you

Celebrating wifes Birthday weekend. Starting off at the BEST SEAFOOD TRUCK IN SA. Sauces Southern Kitchen. Authentic cajun food at its best. My wife said it taste like home!
