My wife and I were looking for someplace to grab a quick bite. We were looking for a pub atmosphere but we had a taste for not your traditional bar food. Sauced was the perfect combination. To start with, the beer selection is excellent and the bar tender was excited to provide opinion and information on all the beers, many if which I had not tried. My wife had a mixed drink and it was well prepared. The food was excellent, great flavor and came out quickly. As I attempt to eat healthier,bit was nice to see the sides option. I chose a rice dish over the fries and it was nicely done. I steal some of my wife's fries and they were excellent. We chose to sit at the bar and the bartender checked from time to time to make sure we were all good and did not need anything. This is a fantastic, intimate spot for some great food, drink, and atmosphere. Enjoy.
I really enjoyed my first experience at Sauced Taproom! I had decided to meet my friend there because after looking at the menu I saw that they had a handful of vegan options which is always so appreciated. Not only that, but those vegan options sounded pretty dang amazing! We got there right as they opened and were the only people in there for a while. Our server was kind, gracious, and helpful. We ordered the vegan buffalo cauliflower wings to start with the a side of chipotle Mayo and oh my gosh they were so good with the sauce! I feel that when you have a good sauce, that changes everything. I got the vegan chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it along with upgrading my fries to the fry flight option which was only a few dollars more andddddd you got to try a lot of their sauces! I really like the garlic aioli but the winner for me was the Fancy Sauce. If you guys bottle it let me know because I'd gladly take a bottle home. The interior is spacious and definitely a great place to watch a sports game if that's your thing! It's right in downtown Lakewood and parking is generally pretty easy to find. This definitely won't be my last visit! I can't wait to come back and try the pizza and empanada! Vegetarian options: Clearly marked portion of the menu has vegan options!
Food was awesome and the beer selection is great. Got the loaded potato pizza and the buffalo chicken. Also get the corn dogs. They are as good as you'd think. Skip the fry sauce flight though. Maybe the nugget flight is better but the sauces don't mesh well with fries in my opinion.
Great atmosphere, impressive beer selection, excellent service, and delicious food. I look forward to trying more of the menu! The Chris P Bacon sandwich was great! Vegetarian options: A whole section of the menu is listed vegan. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.
First time here, since it became Sauced. Norah, our server was saucy herself, enough to deal w/our party of 6. Pretzel app was great, came w/4 sauces. Some in our group had the pizza & wings. Everyone enjoyed. Sauces range from not spicy to pretty zesty. The beer was great. Also, vegans have many choices as well. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back Vegetarian options: Gluten, vegetarian and vegan options
Super cool space, very roomy. Staff one bartender was extremely attentive, but not to the point where it got annoying. Drinks came quick, beer selection is phenomenal. If you love craft beer, they've got something for you. My only semi complaint is that the music was a bit too loud. And no, I'm not an old man that hates loud music. I actually love it. But when you're sitting with someone and you have a hard time hearing each other because of the music, it's too loud. Overall, great place and I'd definitely visit again. Kid-friendliness: I did see one kid having lunch with his Dad, they seemed to have a good time. Parking: Street parking sucks. There is a lot right around the corner for $4 and for a Saturday afternoon, there were plenty of spaces.
Really impressed with my visit to Sauced. Bartender was really sweet, beer selection was great, and the chicken pesto sandwich was banging.
Maybe it's because I had been eating nothing but soup and sandwiches for a week prior, and maybe it's not, but everything was absolutely amazing. Very good prices on food and drinks both. The server was very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would eat again.Food: 5/5
Great bartender, Brittany. Super knowledgeable of all the beers, sours, and meads. They're pizza by the slice is amazing and they have a great atmosphere.
VERY busy on a Saturday night during a community Lakewood event. We waited about 2 hours for a table of 8. Other than the packed house, the food was excellent and so was the service! Great beer too!Food: 5/5
