The staff is friendly and the front area is always clean. There is a small waiting room, with a tv and a coffee pot nearby.  I don't recall seeing a soda pop machine, but it might be outside.  Depending on time you show up, your wait could be long and maybe even have to leave your vehicle.  I was able to get a loaner, but I think it might be in use about 90% of the time.  I have also been able to have one of the front desk people take me back home.  There is a shuttle service for the town, but once again, it's usually quite busy, and you'll end up waiting some time.  I have not ever had a problem with them, but that is not always the case.  They will try to help you any way they can.

Snyder's Automotive saved us as our car failed to stay running on thanksgiving day. I called Sauder the day after and they took car of the cars computer system and corrected the problem. 
Very friendly, professional and I recommend having your car worked on here if you ever need great mechanics.

We pulled into Sidney with the engine air on our motor home blowing warm air rather than the cold air we should be getting. No technicians were available so Chris Saunder, the service advisor on the front desk, took pity on us and checked out the air conditioner himself and determined that it needed more Freon. He evacuated the system and filled it with Freon. The next morning he removed the covers on the roof air conditioners and cleaned the a/c units and had us on our way before 9 a.m. Thanks Chris for a job well done!

Being a combat Vet NAM USMC and therefore aware of the necessity of having "back-up" in dire situations...I most always evaluate a business by how it responds to my "F 350 Diesel Truck" needs. 

Suffice it to say I have come across only two shops in the country that qualify for my endorsement and Sauder's is one! I stumbled across them while passing through Sidney and am thankful I did!

If you have a need as did I...then this business run by Rodger Sauder has the expertise combined with the HONESTY to meet that need. NOT a "bait and switch" scam shop trying to milk you with a "fabricated exaggerated need" that does not exist. 

They will honestly share and tell by "PHOTO'S" even showing you what is a problem or might be. This allows YOU to decide what you want to do without guessing or being "pushed" into some repair that is not necessary while making sure IF something is critical and needs to be addressed for your safety and the working order of your truck...they will share that and why. Then you can have it repaired KNOWING that it was necessary! How better to save and not waste money while keeping your rig in good working order? 

Hands on example. Sauder's immediately diagnosed a "over heating problem" and fixed it with minimal time and parts! AND...they "improvised" (Jarhead Style!) a breathing tube that was leaking and FIXED! Nice thing about these folks is that they have backgrounds in "Country/Farm" fixin stuff and can see and notice problems not found by other "shops" with these two examples a case in point! 

Great staff...friendly and personal and housed in a super nice building with a shop with the latest equipment and technology to address most any need. 

Just my humble opinion and experience using my personal background when there were times in the CORP I wish I had this kind of back up equipment wise!

Sauders Automotive got me back on the road after I destroyed the axle on my enclosed cargo trailer en route from MI to NV. I was quite embarrassed by the incident but Sauders was understanding and open to several options to get me back on the road immediately. After some tinkering we decided it would be safest to wait for the appropriate part to come in from CO. They gave me a list of petfriendly hotels in the area and kept me updated until the trailer was fixed. The cost was significantly liwer than I had expected and the service was outstanding!
