Where to start..

First time I was brought in by a long time customer.. was taken care of when purchased weather tech floor liners.. everything was great!

Since then I Installed LED Strobe Cab Lights & Front and Rear Hidden Strobes. (New F250)  The Cab Lights Leaked & the Hidden front and rears never worked properly. At that same time I also had a Back Rack and Fuel Tank Installed. The Fuel Tank was not sealed properly and leaked water into the tank and turned it into diesel slurry and screwed up one of my machines. 
I brought it back and explained my issue the manager took care of it and had me deal directly with the installer.  Installer was unhelpful and rude ... claimed to have repaired everything.  The next day I had the same issue with the Strobe Lights (tank was fixed).  I called and couldn't get an appointment and before I knew it winter was over as well my need for the lights or that dudes attitude. 

Anywhere but the Saugus Cap World.

Had a hitch installed on my Subaru Outback. Very professional, friendly staff, very reasonable price. Very happy with work performed, would highly recommend Cap World!

Buyer beware about purchasing LEER products due to poor quality/ craftsmanship and I highly recommend if you do, buy elsewhere! I ordered my 3rd LEER cap, when it came in defective Andrew did not care about making it right so if you have an issue, you are SCREWED dealing with Andrew at Cap World! Very poor customer service and they truly do not care about your business at all. I was told by Andrew to take my business somewhere else after spending thousands of dollars over the years on LEER caps, even the owner Ron and Scott Clayton were contacted and they never responded. That tells you they don't care about your business and hard earned money! All they care about is getting your money and you're screwed if you have a problem. Not to mention, they have no people skills, it's time to update your staff. I'm sure the IRS would also be very interested to know about all 3 caps waiving sales tax and invoicing under NH while buying in MA, that's illegal practices, the IRS would love to investigate your shady business stunts.

5/16 - "Tenuous" The 3 caps I purchased from your business at $2300 -+ totaling close to $7000 is weak and insubstantial business for you? Not to mention all the smaller stuff over the years. FYI...You might want to think about what "big" words you use before making a fool out of yourself. BTW, it was 3 caps, not 2... the 3rd one went back to Leer because it was defective and that's was when you told me you didn't want to be bothered with it and take my business elsewhere. Reasons like this I'm glad consumers can post HONEST reviews so they know that if they do have a problem, you are screwed. BUYER BEWARE!
