The wait for a driving license is not bad; depending on what day and time. The two ladies that are working there are really nice. The treasury lady was awesome too.

Horrible Horrible service since the main lady retired! You used to be greeted with a smile and a nice tone.  Now the two ladys that are in there are rude as can be.  Yesterday I took off work early to go pick up my plates.  I got caught in a little bit of traffic leaving Lincoln and was going to be a couple minutes late.  I called to see if there would be anyone still there. When I say a bit late I mean 1-2 minutes.  I even expressed that with the lady on the phone.  She said..."Nope not going to be anyone here".  Since I have already took work off to make a special trip to the court house I figured Id give it a shot.  As I'm running into the court house my phone turns 4:30.  I make my right up the stairs and the security window was about 5-6 inches from being closed.  I yelled hold on....and nope gate closed not willing to help.  So then lets fast forward a little today.  I again take time off of work to make a special trip to town to get my plates.  I get there and the skinny lady walks up to the counter doesn't say hi or anything like just goes "yes".  I explained that I'm here to pick up my Ducks Unlimited plates and register my truck.  She asked if I had the paper the DMV sent out regarding the plate.  I said sorry I don't...just the registration renewal letter.  She then replied with sorry cant get the plate unless you have that letter....with the intentions of sending me away once again.  I then replied are you not able to look it up based on my reg number or vin number? she rolled her eyes walked off with out saying anything and proceeds to look it up. Turns out it wasn't that big of a deal for her to look it up.  While waiting the other lady casually walks up to help this elderly gentleman who was waiting.  He was there to pick up plates and pay a registration for his son while he was in town running errands.  He did not happen to have his sons insurance id card.  Again the lady made a big deal about not having it and she said she could not help him with out it.  Well I happen to know they are able to look that up in the computer system...they did it for me at the beginning of January when I was plating my wife's Cadillac.  They were extremely rude to the Gentleman and all but pushed him out the door offering 0 help.  Please get the Original lady to unretired or have these lady's fix their attitude.  I have never been treated so rude as I have in the last 2 days and made feel like I was such and inconvenience. I could only imagine how the elderly gentleman felt as he walked out empty handed!
