Always helpful and nice. Won't do any work without approval. Nice waiting area. Free coffee, water and juice. This is the one garage I don't mind waiting in for long periods. Well, it helps if you bring food, a book, your tablet, headphones and get binge a show. Bring your wall charger too, they've got plenty of power outlets 👍

Service department is reliable, fast, friendly. As for the salesman they tend to be a bit pushy when you try to buy a vehicle. In my humble opinion, the salesman DO NOT do their best to give a FAIR deal. My wife  & I wanted to trade in both our 2006 Jeep Libertys for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited & yet the salesman STILL wanted to sale it to the same price as if we were trading in one vehicle.    I'M NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THE SALES DEPT.

While getting car inspected.kinda was noisy and looked at the hellcat they had forever there and when seen price over 67 k for a 2016 automatic I know why that's still there. I go to shoes every year up in Carslise and for new they were asking  way less and getting color I would want and 6 speed. Think I'll hold
 on to mine for long time

I didn't even buy my wrangler at L&B, I purchased it from a used car lot. I immediately noticed a large oil leak as soon as I brought it home. Because it was still under factory warranty, I called to see if they could look at it. They were so friendly and scheduled the appointment right away. (On a side note there is a dealership much closer to me but not with the same good reputation as L&B) they even gave me a brand new loaner vehicle to use because it turned out to be a big job and they had it for a few days. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the quality of service and the entire experience. The Jeep was a very big purchase for us and it was disheartening to find out the used car lot that sold it to us didn't disclose the whole truth about it. L&B went above and beyond for someone who was not initially their customer. They now have my business for life.

Any business that would use deceptive advertising just to get you in the door should be avoided. Don't waste your time going there for the mailer indicating that you won at least $100. It's not true. The prize could be as low as a $5.00 gift card which is not listed as a prize.
