Always a treat to visit savory leaf!! I live about 40 minutes away but I crave the Cuban sandwich all the time. The staff is always so friendly and it’s so nice to be able to order sandwiches I love like the vueben, Cuban, etc with seitan : today I ordered 4 sandwiches and everything was delicious! The breakfast sandwich with “pork less roll” and it was piping hot with delicious smoky flavor!
Delicious vegan food this place is a hidden treasure! My fiance and I got lunch here very tasty and affordable vegan food will be returning! So glad I found this place!
Me and my fiancee just got lunch here, she got the Mac and cheese which she loved and I got an amazing key west cuban sandwich which was also awesome. It's our second time coming here and both times have been great. It's so great to see so many vegan restraunts now a days.
I’ve eaten here a few times and found it refreshing overall. Very different kind of menu from what the average diner is used too. Everything is pretty much vegan but doesn’t taste like well nothing. I’ve had their soups and Trenton burger which very tasty and fillingin a good way. I recently had their version of a traditional hoagie made with beet “meat” no pun and no turkey which I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite tasty and had a meaty taste and spice to it. It was served on a traditional hoagie roll which unfortunately was a bit dry and maybe a bit stale but the sandwich “meat” and toppings made up for it. I will go back again.
I went there for the first time the other day. I ordered the mac and cheese and the Trenton burger. Ended up getting my burger switched with someone else’s I think I was given the cowboy burger instead didn’t really like it because of the bbq sauce the Mac and cheese was ok I didn’t really care for it much. I was just not as into it because I didn’t get what I ordered. I might go back and give it another try
Savory Leaf is actually inside the Farmer's Market. A really nice farmer's market might I add. I got the all day breakfast sandwich and Mac n cheese which were both tasty. The cheese they use is the best on the market in my opinion! The chocolate chip cookie was also a winner!
So happy to see a plant based option for those of us non meat eaters at the Trenton Farmers Market. The family was wonderful and the food looked amazing. Plant based people - it's the way to go. Unless of course you prefer illness and obesity. Time we educate ourselves. - Read Forks Over Knives. Wake up America!
What a great place !!!. The veggie soup was flavorful. The Buffalo chicken sandwich had crisply plant based with the right amount of Buffalo sauce topped with greens and some vegan mayo i think . . Key west Cuban was awesome too!!
Had the Outlaw Cheyenne Burger. Was absolutely the best burger I've had since going plant-based 4 months ago. One of the best burgers I've had period! Can't wait to go back.
Delicious vegan food!!!!! Had both the cuban and the cheesesteak, both were amazing!!! And couldn't stop eating the fries!! So so good!
