With the owner's background in Art & Interior Design, Studying at the Design Institute of San Diego, you'll know your items are in good hands at Savvy Home. We pride ourselves in detail & knowledge of product: (from Antique to current), establishing the correct pricing on goods, our thoughtful Consignment process, store work ethics, Professionalism, Consistency, selectiveness of only the best Resale items, & Ease of Consigning. At Savvy, Our Consignors are #1!
How to Consign: You Receive 60% of the sale price, minus a 2% credit card fee at time of sale. We offer the most generous split possible that our store can successfully function at. We put A large portion of our proceeds into MARKETING your product to sell your items quickly! Cleaned, smoke free consignments are accepted Wednesday, no appointment necessary! We offer a convenient Drop off Service. Just stop in front to fill out a Consignment Card & we will direct you to which garage bay that we will help you unload at. We then offer a confidential website, to check proceeds at your convenience! We consign your items for 3 months. If you are particular on pricing, you may include a note, however most consignors have us price for them. For Larger pieces & furniture, we request a picture email or set an appointment to review Picture of the piece & discuss pricing. We look forward to selling your consignments quickly for you. You may also use proceeds toward purchase at any time. Proceeds checks are available at anytime for pickup! Just stop in!
Store Policy: Holding items: Savvy tries our best to accommodate you!! Our items on consignment are usually one of a kind - we do not have multiples. We will hold an item for you until end of that business day. Items are 'On Hold' for you only once we have replied to you directly, stating that yes we will hold for you.
