I have bought all my vehicles here but one since 1985. The service department is top notch and care of your vehicle is their number concern. I have never had issues with the service department. 

The sales people have always been helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling you. 

Steve who handles the paper work for all car purchases is a great source information, any type warranties and financing.

Mike Myers has an open door policy for all the customers and will listen and try to help take care of any issue.

I always look forward going in and car shop. If they don't have it on their lot they do their darnest to find it for you.

I would go back to Sawicki Motor Company again.  They were very helpful explaining all the new technology in my 2018 Equinox.  The salesman was very thoughtful and helpful explaining many of the new features.  Love my new vehicle. A very friendly place of business. I spoke with the owner and a very nice salesman.  They will were both extremely helpful. An enjoyable experience​

I had an issue with my defroster not working and they had to remove the dashboard to replace a part.  The service was fair to good, but price was way too high.  I don't like the fact that they charge the customer to evaluate the problem.

You're better off buying something from the street with the type of customer service received from these people. We purchased a Vehicle about a year ago and due to it being impounded three times back to the dealer for not being able to turn on, we wanted to see what options we had on buying another one. These people didn't even try to help us out. They were so rude and acted as if they were the ones frustrated having to deal with this situation. Never again will we make a deal with them or recommend them to family and friends. I'm forced to rate them with atleast 1 star if I want to post this, but not even that would I rate them.
