the houses are built very cheaply and the workers have done nothing in apt. d105 I've asked for a new screen for about 3 years now and notings been done and the little kids are rude af and if any of those little f***ers keep messing with my house and my cat i'm going to hit them because i'm still of age and they can go get there dad or whatever because would be going to jail for hitting a miner i just want the people that work for saxon to get off there ass and do something for a change

Saxon was never like this when the other lady was running it. Now days it's horrible and going down hill. Its not the same at all. Roaches out the a** and I'm a very neat and clean person. Finally got it under control. Maintaince ppl suck and are really worthless. Rude as can be and acts like they don't care and don't wanna do the work they are being paid to do. I had to repair my bathroom ceiling my self along with a few other things. Took maintenance about two weeks to come in and fix my ceiling in the front room due to the roof leaking!!! Smh. they did a half ass job on that and did not clean up their mess. After they left I picked up paint chips, dry wall pieces and had to sweep/wipe my walls down. The little kids that run around up here are obnoxious as can be. Breaking other people's things, very disrespectful and annoying! I wish the other lady still ran saxon. Ive tried reporting everything to hud and the main office. I got absolutely no where with it what so ever.

Kids are rude & ghetto. Stuff had been stolen. Office management doesn't do anything right. Maintence never comes out to fix anything. I had to fix numerous things in my house from the baseboards, to the heater falling off, to the garbage disposal an bathtub leaking. It is ridiculous.

Apartments are in horrible shape. Maintenance makes small repairs but is basically putting a badaid on it. Bed bugs, roaches and mice have infested many of the units. Maintenance employees are ignorant ans prejudice. Office worker has no idea what she is doing. This place in runned down and needs to be shut down!

Saxon Village is horrible. I wish I could give it less than a 1. The Cleveland management never answers their phone or responds to messages. Bed bugs, I had flees when I moved in to my apartment in February. I had to call Hud multiple times because she messed my paper work up. Saxon village needs to shut down
