At Saybrook Soup and Sandwich Company, we are all about sharing; sharing our experience and knowledge of food with you. We have put forth a tremendous effort to create a one of a kind culinary experience for our customers. All of our sandwich meat comes through the door raw and is then placed in marinade and slow, roasted on a rotisserie. Our breads come in from New York City and New Haven daily and all soups are made by our chef on premise. Our salads are made to order, with local field greens (when available). We offer a vast array of prepared items from spinach infused aioli to several homemade dessert items.
