The food is awesome but the manager and the crew are in really need of being trained they honestly should quit, really poor customer service skills. I had experience the most terrible time yesterday. It's a shame the manager yell to customers due to the fact they wanted to close early. It's a shame how they treated us and blame to customers for something they easily could solve, I was about to help them including to clean and organize. They should have blocked areas with none entrance signs, elastic ropes/poles and alerting customers that after 7pm they only could buy food to take out. Owner should visit the store around 7pm or send someone to take a pick how they manage the store at closing time otherwise I don't predict them longer existence in the mall. Kid-friendliness: None, staff looked tired, overwhelmed, lack of sensitiveness to kids who wanted to have some time to sit and eat
Just ordered a large pepperoni pizza through door dash paid about 30 dollars. They delivered a small cheese pizza. I’m calling sbarro non stop and no one picks up and it says voice mail is full. Unbelievable.
A good slice but $10 for a slice and a medium soda.....get real Food: 4/5
Ok sun glare on the New York pizza but it was amazing! The spinach and tomatoes n onions was fresh and delicious! Love this place
Bunch of clowns running the store. Continued to give them business after getting order upon order wrong with missing items. Never going back. It’s a shame because the food is good whenever they manage to get something right
I went yesterday 8/8/22 buy 2 slice pizza soda and piece of chessecake was 15 dollar fine next morning when i check my bank account they charge me 81.57 dollars.
terrible. don’t come here. they don’t care about your experience and it’s very clear. they do not explicitly state ingredients which is an issue when it comes to meat and other dietary restrictions, especially because many of these ingredients are hidden UNDER the cheese, so you don’t know until you eat it. when this is brought to their attention they don’t care and are not apologetic at all, giving a “that’s not my problem” attitude.
I am writing this while still sitting at the establishment. I brought my little siblings with me and what happened was disgusting. I ordered two slices of pizza one of them had a hair on it, the servers did not have any hairnets or face masks. I was charged 30 dollars for 6 slices of pizza and had one of them that was completely inedible due to the lack of sanitation in this place. The food wasn’t even that good it lacked flavor and was cold. I’ll never visit this establishment again.
went in to get a whole pizza and the person working refused to make one. he said we are not making pizza. then i ended up getting a slice and other asked another staff that are you guys closing or still making pizza? his answer was yes and they were not even close to closing. clearly a hate towards customers or being lazy not to work. why run a business if your workers doesnt want to make a pizza.
Crust is cooked to a crisp, natural toppings and good service.
