I have been here in the past and was never a big fan, but recently, they got all new staff turned over. The workers are friendly and greet you right away. The food looks fresher, and everyone is constantly moving around to make sure everything is good. The main change is that I actually feel good eating the food and seeing the workers' smiles.

I'm so glad Sbarro is finally back at the mall! I have missed them so much. The pizza slices were fresh and delicious!

Last month we came here when there was a couple working. Pizza was terrific, customer service great. We thought we'd come back today, and now I wish we hadn't.  Pizza dough was unproofed, making it sour and a texture like cardboard. We ended up throwing it away. And customer service- well, it was obvious that this young man really doesn't like his job and could've cared less. ‍ We really love Sbarro's pizza, but today's experience changed that for me.

The staff was perfectly friendly and helpful; unfortunately that's where the positive experience ends. The pizza oven was covered in foil, which automatically means they are not bringing it to a proper temp to heat the pizza thoroughly. We had three slices total between the 3 of us and they were all cold with sad crust. The bread sticks were decent, but again, barely warmed through. The Sbarro's of your 90s mall childhood experience is dead. This last critique isn't Sbarro's fault, but there was also an entire flock of birds in the food court flying and shatting where they please...our experience at Sbarro's did quickly lead to the latter, but the birds seemed to be having a much better experience in general.

Zero stars if I could. The lady asked what I was ordering but somehow got distracted and walked off while I was talking. I finally was able to order which I only asked for two slices. She put them in the oven and walked off again. Both slices sat in there for 6 mins. At this time there are 3 workers behind the counter. I looked at the other lady and told her, hey those two slices in the oven are mine. Because I can tell the pizza is probably overcooked at this point. She looked me in my eyes and walked off. There is no excuse because they literally always have the shortest line. 3 workers but no customer service. Terrible.

Scummy people. Don't go here!  You ask for spaghetti with meatballs, they charge you for spegetti and then +$4 for the two meatballs. On the menu the 'spaghetti w/ meatballs' is like$9. He did the transaction really fast so it would skip to the tip screen. I paid, he skipped again as I was trying to look at the digital receipt on the machine, and when I tried to press print receipt he skipped it again. I was able to get my receipt, and confronted him about it "Hey man, it says spaghetti w/meatballs $8.89or how ever much it was."  -him "does it?"  "Yeah it literally says it right there"  -him "oh that's crazy"  They gave me a flat knock off mt dew to make up for the "mistake"  Trash place and Trash people.

Nice workers but the pizza is some of the worst ever tasted and the drinks are a scam. 3.36 for a medium and 1$ refillsFood: 1/5

Paid 6$ for a half cold half like warm soggy slice of pizza. No parm cheese. No black olives on their supreme pizza; although it says that’s one of the topping. Customer service at a zero.

I normally don’t write reviews. But this was the worst pizza place ive ever had. I love pizza and have tried any pizza place that has come in my bath. And this is absolutely disgusting. Like the pizza is still cold. The marinara sauce tastes like the scooped the meat/ noodles out of the spaghetti and just gave you the sauce. Which is not good with cold pizza. Very disappointed and waste of 10

I got sick off of this pizza. It was cold, the crust was hard. Skip this place. Absolutely the worst Food: 1/5
