TERRIBLE terrible customer service. I had to pursue them multiple times to send me quotes and never did. I take it they do not need my business but didn't have the courtesy to inform me. This speaks volumes about their quality of work, credibility and respect for me time. Maybe their work ethic has changed. If you want a reliable company to take you seriously and care for your problems, best to search for ones that will address your concerns and takes the time to listen.

Scalora is undoubtedly the best landscaping service in the area. It's not just that their work is impeccable and their attitude is top notch, but the level of service I receive pales in comparison to any other contractor I've used. Mike (co-owner) was one of several people I met to do a complete overhaul on our exterior landscaping. He was also the only person to call me back in a reasonable timeframe, walk me through his plan and never tried to up-sell. Even with a crew of 15, Mike was there shoveling himself, planting trees, hauling rocks; how often do you see that?! Mike and his team are good, honest people - their work ethic, responsiveness, and professionalism is evident in the stunning work they do and testament to their 20+ years in business.
