A total waste of time!
I booked for a Sunday morning 7am run to the airport. Limo was a no-show, and no-one picking up the phone when I called to see what was going on, left us hung out to dry.
Fortunately another limo company were able to supply a car at no-notice and saved the day.
We made it to the airport with no thanks to these clowns.
So beware, not a reliable service.

I had a flight at 4am. Booking agent even offered me a wake up call, and asked me for my choice of coffee at the pickup time., which was the best thing I could think of. I was offered a fresh hot coffee, had a really good experience. service I can always rely on.
