Solid dental care and refers appropriately. Major pluses: TVs in treatment rooms for distraction & they have nitrous oxide. My nightmarish childhood dental experience makes this a requisite for lengthy procedures.  Hygienists are thorough. Staff is patient and kind to people with intellectual disabilities. I have referred many young adults with DD. Will squeeze us in early or late for emergencies.

Dr. Schaepler may be a great dentist if he had a decent staff so you could actually see him. I tried twice to see him because of severe tooth pain. On the first occasion, evidently he was out of town, that's happens, but my call was never returned. Called today and the receptionist could care less about the pain I was in, was not willing to try to work me in and basically blew me off and suggested I try someone else. I am new to town and called them on a referral from a friend. They said he was a great dentist and warned me the office staff was not the smartest.

I've had nothing but GREAT help from doc and staff. I too was referred and I'm very glad I was. Thank you for such great care!
