I feel that John has always treated me with respect and patience since I first opened a policy with him back in 2005.  When you have an agent that proves he has your best interest at heart I believe you should stick with him.  To me that guy is John.  I appreciate everything he and his staff does for me when I have ever needed anything or just a question answered.
