I've watched our home being built since last August. The attention to detail I saw with Schlabach installing the alarm system as construction moved along was obvious. Now that we're moved in, and using the  system, I can tell that the security system is very easy to use, with very clear directions. I especially like the mobile app.

We have a relatively new home. We had a friend of a friend pre wire our house as we built it and that person set us up with all of our A/V equipment and camerea system.  After 4 years of that "friends" horrible customer service I called Schlabach, I had them come out and rip everything out that the prior company did for us in our home.  I put in Control 4, new A/V system, TV's, Cameras, DVR, Alarm Monitoring everything!!  They were here for 4 solid days working and cleaning up the mess left from the prior company. I was able to reduce my Direct TV receivers by 4! Also my a/v rack that sits in a closet used to get super hot even with a fan in the closet, now it stays nice and cool.  The Control 4, is the best control system out there!  I've had them all and nothing touches them!  If you could see the before and after shots of the wire job they did on my a/v rack---you would be AMAZED!!!  Jarey has a couple guys Paul and Ken, Paul was at my house the entire 4 days and Ken was in and out too.  Paul is the most thorough person I have ever met!  Made sure I was comfortable with everything before he would leave!!  If you don't even give them a chance your doing yourself a disservice!!!  It's money I spent twice---which I shouldn't have!  I should have called them the first time!  Thanks Schlabach team!  You guys are second to none!

Our house burned down and we never even got a phone call from them. I wouldn't  recommend them to my worst enemy. After we called to find out why, they gave us an attitude and told us to call their lawyer. Horrible company, horrible customer service.
