The service was poor. I understand how difficult it is to get food out in a timely manner when you are a new restaurant opening up. I've been in restaurant management for 5 years and helped open 4 jack in the box restaurants, but there was no communication from the management team letting us know whats going on. It took over 45 minutes to finally get my sons pizza out and by then we were fed up and asked for our money back. On the plus side the manager on duty gave us the pizza and refunded the money on the pizza. We will go back but not until it has slowed down and their a little more organized.

I went last Thursday and again on Saturday.They were so busy, parking lot is crazy and needs more space.  On Thursday Inside the food came pretty fast even though it was busy. Saturday when I was there it wasn't busy at all but took forever to have someone take my order, then it was over 15 minutes before someone came out asking what I had. Then when I got it it wasn't made right. Definitely needs some work!

Food is great so far.  I have eaten here a few times since they opened back up in Shawnee.  Good food, very filling.  Never disappoints.

I've been there multiple times and haven't  once been completely satisfied. They either take 40 or more minutes to get my food out or they mess up my order completely. While I love Schlotzskys I do not like this store. It would be quicker for me to drive to the city and eat rather than going to this one.

Never again! Twice & a 25 min wait & was the only person in line both times & then my order was wrong. Good luck
