Miss Beverly was nice and happy to help. I asked for an add-on item to my sandwich that she wasn’t sure was on her register menu. Asked her co-worker for assistance and the lady, Amber was RUDE AF! Food was delicious but inaccurate per our order, Miss Beverly was great, thanks to the Store Manager for coming to the rescue about the add-on also nice and helpful!. Sucks that the line cook Amber soured the star rating with her lame attitude.
Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. When I got to the drive thru they said they would need to "redo" one of the pizzas. Asked me to park in front and wait. So much for ordering ahead. I waited another 15 minutes. Finally went in. They had forgotten that I was waiting. Another wait for my order. I get it almost an hour after ordering. That's all they were going to do. Nothing to try to keep me as a customer so I asked if that was it. I explained why I was upset and asked if they would want to be treated that way. She said she needed to check with the GM. We went to one of the booths where the GM was sitting. She was laid back with a hoodie over her head. She pulled her pods out of her ears so she could hear. I explained what happened. She said to leave my Schlotzkys acct info so she could put point toward a free sandwich. I did. That was 8 days ago. Still no points. DO NOT GO TO the Hudson Oaks Schlotzkys! It has HORRIBLE service! I won't be going there again unless a higher up manager sees this and tries to keep a customer.
When I arrived, there was no customers at all. I pulled past the lobby where 4 employees where outside smoking. No problem with that, bc obviously, no customers were there. But I order my sandwich, and went to the window and recieved my drink and then he came back with chips And I waited and waited while my 3 yr old niece was flipping out bc we've been sitting for 10mins. Then the same man who gave us our drinks and chips opened the window and said oh ok, let me get yalls drinks. Huh, you gave us drinks and chips... 10mins ago!!! And no other customers are here!!! And to top it off, we asked for no tomatoes. I'm staring at 2 slices of tomatoes on each section of my sandwich.
Usually we love coming to this Schlotzky’s, so that’s why I’m giving it a two-star review. Today was a completely different story though and we won’t be returning. After sitting at the mic for about five minutes with no word, we were able to order after saying “hello?” Afterwards, we made it to the window where we sat another few minutes waiting to pay. Finally, when the window was opened we were greeted with a woman shaved hair on the bottom half with purple in it yelling “ICE!?” Apparently, they had no ice and this was her way of asking/telling us our drinks wouldn’t have it in them. After not knowing what was being asked of us, she decided to give us attitude and said “do YOU want ICE in YOUR drink?” We didn’t have any issue with not having ice, but I did have an issue with the way she was handling herself and talking to a younger coworker in front of us after this encounter. I am not sure what is going on in her life, but she does not need to be up front with customers. Even worse, I think she may have been the manager for the night. Some people are just foul. We left after not receiving our drinks following this encounter, thankfully we hadn’t paid either. Shoutout to Chick-fil-A for saving the night!
Large fat white woman working tonight was very, very rude to the small, brunette, young woman working the drive thru. Told her to "shut her mouth", pulled her ear, and then flipped her off. Saw all of it through the drive thru window. I understand having a silly, joking relationship with coworkers but this appeared to be going way too far. Looked like bulling.
Food took a minute to get out. Chandler the “manager” was vaping while standing in the lobby and talking to other employees. Seems more concerned talking with employees in the lobby than managing his staff. Heard an employee in the back say something about how he doesn’t know how to make something. Clean store. But manager seems very unfocused on his surroundings.
Extremely long drive through wait for us being the only car and having a mobile order pick up. Ordered at 5:45 pm for 6 pm pick up. Waited 15 mins outside the window. They also forgot 3 of our 6 items. 2 sodas and a salad. Employee was apologetic, but not sure how you forget half of someone's order.Food: 4/5
Longest drive through wait ever! When I finally pulled up to the window to pay, they asked me about a completely different order and still didn’t have my food ready so I was asked to “pull up to the side door” where two other vehicles were waiting. This just clogged up the drive through lane even more.
I love the pizzas flatbread! I can't help but get a soup aswell! I know I'll get too full to eat it all, but it's so good!Food: 5/5
I asked for a ham and cheese orginal. Tell me why... I have salamini on my sanchwhich? Ham and cheese original doesn't have salami.
