This place would get 5 stars if it weren't for their prices. I love their original and their turkey original. The sour cream and onion potato chips are the best on the market. Their prices are crazy high tho, more so on drinks than anything else. It's the loyalty club and coupons that make me able to enjoy their tasty food again and again.

Kate Lynn at the drive thru screwed up my order Sun. eve, giving me a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni.  I drove back up there and got the right one.  No apology.  When I asked for an apology, Kate Lynn told me "I cannot apologize - for my own self-respect.  The cook messed it up, not me."  Unbelievable.  First screwing up, then refusing to take responsibility.  This person is not ready for the work force.  PS If she had any self-respect she would not be dressed that way.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of how friendly our cashier was today when we came in. However, we will no longer eat at this particular Schlotzsky's in Rockwall because not once but two visits we had non food items in our food. The first visit in August we had fuzz all over the bread on the sandwich. We were told it was from the cleaning brushes that may have accidentally floated into the bread. Not really what we wanted to hear but chalked it up to a fluke visit. Today we found a string of hard plastic in our broccoli cheese soup.   We'll stick with other restaurants in Rockwall and  continue to support Schlotzsky's in other towns.
