I like Schlotzsky's food. However, this trip was abysmal. The cashier, Dionna, was not friendly and slow. We were approached several times by the food runner with food for other tables. When our food finally arrived, two entrees were wrong. One was a sandwich which should have been a pizza. The other was a pizza that should have had a gluten free crust, but didn't. Celiacs - check your food! I won't be back anytime soon.

Eat there often, mainly during the day time. But very dissapointed at the night service. Myself, wife and son stopped in to grab some dinner snd there was 1 car coming into the togo as we were walking in. We walk in and nobody in lobby or up front. We wait for a few minutes and my 5 year old walks around and picks his drink out and we wait at the front counter a few minutes longer. We see 3 people in back one looks right at us and hekps the person in the togo window and doesnt say it will be a few. My wife tries to ask if anyone is coming to assist and check us out and the girl kept walk to tge back after looking at us all. Left and went down the road to eat, whats bad is my 5 yr old even said tgis place looks like there closed as we get inside. If the service stays like that they will infourtionatly be closed. Love the food and day service is good.

Great for a good old fashion deli sandwich or an artisan inspired creation, save room for a cinnamon roll!!!!

I have always enjoyed Schlotzsky's sandwiches every time I come into the restaurant! I love the bread.

Food is good but it would help if the menus mentioned that all sandwiches come with mayonnaise or the person at the counter said something about it. Last time we went there we both had to throw away half of a sandwich just because it was ruined with stinking mayonnaise. On top of that, the coffee was absolutely disgusting, you could see how thin it was and of course it didn't taste anything close to coffee. On previous occasions they accepted an order for coffee but were completely out of it and we had to wait half an hour before they brew some. The personnel seems rather nice but this carelessness and not having things ready for the customers spoils everything. But you can't let them know about your dissatisfaction because they don't have any review cards so you have to go online and leave a review using your receipt, which is extremely inconvenient and you just forget to do it. Never going to that place again, too much trouble, horrible experience.
