We went at 2 today an all the lights were off an hard to see the menu board. I wish they had better choice of pizza. Not enough variety of meats for sandwiches most all are turkey. My son loves this but it is just ok for me

We drove all the way across town  to be highly disappointed. All we wanted was a cinnamon roll. 
1) We pull up to the drive-thru and were greeted “Are you paying with cash or card.” Card was our payment method. Then the associate told us that the cards machine were down. First bummer. 
2) Determined to not make this trip in vain, we went to the bank one mile up the road to get cash to be told the one thing we wanted had just sold out. Not to mention this took less than 5 minutes and the second time I guess the card machine was working because we were not asked our method of payment. 
3) Called to express my frustration to the person in charge but no one would answer. 
The feeling was very unprofessional because there was excuse after excuse. What a waste.

I sat I  the drive thru for at least 20 minutes waiting for my food. To make matters worse, I was on my lunch break. So, unless you don't have anything to do like go to work or be somewhere at a certain time, do not go to Sclotzsky's. I gave it one star because the food is actually good.

Very slow serve; 30 minutes for a salad, more for a pizza. The rest of my group had finished their meal and were ready to leave before my meal was brought out.

I haven't been in this place in a while, and I don't plan to come back any time soon, food is OK, but you need 2 hours for lunch, I waited 25 min for a sandwich, just ridiculous.
