I contacted Dennis Kergick shortly after my accident because I had questions about workmans compensation. It wasn't until he followed up with me that I decided to have a consultation and sign on with him. The process was about six months from start to finish. Dennis took the time to answer my questions, he followed up with me frequently, and he was professional the whole way through. I feel he did everything in his power to get the most out my settlement. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Don't believe the "Free Consultation"   After taking this attorneys advise on my first consult stating I had to be out of work.  So I retired early from my job of 42 years.  Then called a second time and based on incomplete information stating I did not have a treating Dr. at the time.  Now I have all the information they advised me to gather and they will not even look at my case!  They blew me off to another Attorneys office!   I had full trust in this office because my husband was a client there. Maybe that is why his attorney is no longer there!  She was too caring!!  I made a life decision on this advise and have been led along blindly!  Do not fall into this trap!

My brother Tom who is severely mentally challenged was run over by 2 cars back in December 2015. Thankfully he survived and after 7 weeks in the hospital he walked out of Hershey Med Center fully recovered. I contacted Schmidt Kramer and got an immediate response and visit to the hospital on Sunday morning after the Friday accident by Chuck Kramer. We were fortunate to have them in our corner from the beginning. Scott Cooper was our lead attorney on the case and did a fantastic job communicating at every turn of our case and resolved it with insurance companies in a better than expected time frame. We would 100% recommend Scott and his team to anyone in need of counsel. Having never had this experience before they were very professional and courteous at Schmidt Kramer from start to finish.
