If there was a choice of no stars then that's what I would leave.. I had what I thought may have been a leak behind the wall of my shower and toilet, the guys were here literally 45 minutes and determined that It was not a leak and it was just my pipes hitting my studs in the wall.( mind you they did no labor there was no work done other then running water and listening to the wall) a few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for 90 dollars! For no labor done! I would never recommend anyone to go here for anything unless you want to pay them out the rear end.

This company increased their hourly rate overnight from $90 to $110, they are charging us 1 1/2 hours labor, they were here for 40 minutes, My family owns a plumbing business in North Carolina, they recently increased their hourly rate from $90 to $95, much more realistic and fair. They are grossly overcharging for parts. All of this is unfair business practice. Buyer beware!

We have used Schneider Plumbing for years to winterize a seasonal cabin in the fall and turn the water back on in the spring.  Until this year there have been no problems and we have been very satisfied with the service.  This spring I called to have the water turned on and the receptionist said she would send a plumber the following week.  Late the following week I received a call from Jeff.  He informed me there had been a leak from the icemaker, the hardwood floors were buckled and I should probably call my insurance agent.  How does this happen when the water was not on?  The cabin had sustained thousands of dollars of damage. Floors, subfloors and joists were wet.  Drywall had to be replaced.  Then I received a bill from Schneider for turning the water on!  I have repeatedly called and left messages for the owner so we could discuss this.  Weeks have passed and no call. I have never written a business review before, but I was left with no choice.  I am now looking for a new plumber.

Everything Schneider Plumbing, Heating and AC has done for us is working great. The last time we called them was for an emergency, our pump motor went bad. They came out at 5:30 in the evening to fix it. They did an excellent job as always. They are honest people that you can trust. You don't have to worry about who they send out, they are all trustworthy.
