Story

EXTERIOR/INTERIOR
Service:
Remove dirt, peeling paint and other foreign loose material by washing, scraping and sanded.
Patching stucco surfaces, cracking, chipping, water damaged areas and trench to paint below ground level.
Repair drywall, voids, cracks, nail holes, chipping, water damaged areas and re-textured when necessary.
Walls are painted as not to leave skips, marks or runs.
Caulking trim and fascia, cracks, holes, defect and fix loose boards.
Wood surfaces are sanded and painted to a smooth brushed finish.
Furniture, carpets and hardware is protected from harm or damage.
Repair or replace damaged wood, Dry Rot and Termite Damage.
All lights and hardware is removed, cleaned, repaired and repainted if possible or if needed.
All patio furniture, potted plants, concrete patios, walkways will be moved or covered.
Windows are covered with plastic and or masking paper.
Upon completion of the job, all grounds are cleaned and put back as they were before the job began.
