Our mission is to prepare students to excel in education, research and civic engagement in informatics, an integrative and interdisciplinary field that advances knowledge in:
1. Computing, information and media technologies;
2. The implications those technologies have for individuals and society;
3. Their application to any field of study adapting to the challenges of the Information Age.
We are fully engaged in creating and maintaining a welcoming and diverse environment, as well as contributing to efforts supporting Indiana’s economic development.
