Extordinary service from all employees especially Sarah and Maria. They were extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location. All around a great experience. It's Definitely worth checking out.

TERRIBLE customer service. I went in today to get my daughter a skirt for school. I was greeted by the woman at the door. She asked What we needed a d what school. She handed us off to another girl who pointed us in the direction. She asked if we knew what size and I said no we didn't. She just walked away and didn't say anything. Another associate came down the aisle so I asked her if she could measure my daughter so I would have an idea on a size. By the time she did that and we tried 3 skirts on the other associate came back with a tape measure. It would've been nice if she said something about having to go get one. Then I was looking for the washroom and found that same associate and another one chatting in an aisle. I asked if they had a bathroom? The after a minute of a blank stare the one replied yes. Another long blank stare... I said ok where is it, can I use it? She said who is it for (like it should make a difference it was me and my daughter and my baby) I said me. Another blank stare. She said yeah but I have to take you back there. I said ok well can you do that please?!
I'm not sure what type of people you employ,  but they need customer service retraining....

I walk in the store and the associate standing by the door looks at me then turns her back to me. I thought she was helping someone else but than another person walks in and she jumps to help her. I tell her I'm next and ignores me for the second time. I could not believe how disrespectful she was. Finally, someone came to ask if I was helped and I told her no because I've been ignored for the pass 10 minutes!! If it wasn't for the urgency I had to get uniforms I would've walked out. I'm NEVER coming back to this location.

HORRIBLE! Just like the last review I dealt with a super rude employee who tried ignoring me & had the nerve to raise her voice at my child & pretty much called her a liar! 
As usual, does not have our size! Same as 2 years ago. Why bother going to schools & measuring (that in itself is a total joke, not even close to size) & not have orders ready? 
SEVERAL unanswered emails & phone calls forcing me to visit the awful store to be told too bad. Uniform won't be in for weeks as it is on back order! 
These people have serious ordering problems!
Feel sorry for the 2 employees that were nice. 
A stack of business cards being handed out left & right to call the toll free number regarding problems. 
Well I did call the number & was fortunate to get a kind person in Cleveland who assures me she will do her best to keep an eye on the order.
