Waited in line for 10 minutes only 1 person attending the window. Nobody ever said anything to me while I was waiting. Only 1 person was ahead of me and two bank tellers were helping him.

Forget the major banks! They have great banking products with savings accounts that give generous interest. I can't recommend them anymore.

Customer service A1! I just opened an account on Saturday and was greeted with a friendly smile and Mario who was our CSR was so professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions on point. I'm now in the process of closing my account at that other credit union that lacks all the services School's First has to offer.

Warm and friendly service. Coffee and water always available. Services offered are far superior to those in any other bank or credit union I know.
