Bought my new Focus here in 2014 and had a great experience.  Internet Sales in Haverstraw handled all my questions/concerns/financing and made sire I met an urgent $4500 rebate deadline before turning me over to the Nanuet location (where the car was in stock) for delivery.  

Now I have 33k and have had a couple of warranty items and a recall over three service visits at this shop.  Schultz Haverstraw Service (all staff but especially Wayne) have consistently done an outstanding job of treating me as a valued customer...communicating in advance/during/after service, standing behind Ford's products, helping me with transportation during repairs...in short, making it a genuine pleasure to drop off/pick up my car and helping me enjoy my Ford ownership experience.  I'm glad to find such a good dealership so close to my home.

Bought a 2016 f 150 in august off of Michael Sciullo he is the most cosine rate salesman I have ever met so helpful and great price will be going back there in 2 years thank you very much mike and the schultz family

The service people miraculously missed over $2000 of work the first time around, when they roped me in with a minor job. They messed up my steering, then blamed a bunch of other issues that they missed or ignored to tell me about the first time. 

Now my car is unstable. I understand that it benefits their business if I just go get a new car from them, but they need to at least pretend to have the customer's best interests in mind. I would not recommend them to anyone.
