I wouldn't recommend if you're a small or large business owner or self employed. Totally unorganized, had me do things I didn't have to do in structuring my companies and filing taxes, and after days speaking to them to provide a letter of explanation as my prior CPA of something they had me do for tax purposes, they never did. It cost me a half million dollar mortgage. Screw them

Tax time is always a pain in the neck, Schumacher makes it much less so. My experience here has always been wonderful.

Schumacher Accounting is an anchor business in the Platt Park neighborhood, but they offer world-class tax advice. I can't say enough about how they have impacted their local community and how they care for their clients. There is a good reason you have to book an appointment with them ahead of time. Thank you Ron and Kathy!

Great place to get your taxes done. They are always willing to walk you through any questions you have and do it in a very comprehensive way. Extremely nice people who make you feel at home.
