Mission

Our practice is client focused. We believe in making sure our clients understand their rights and the legal process they are going through. We understand that our role as Counselors of Law extend beyond courtroom interaction. We know that being charged with an offense impacts not only the person being charged, but their families as well. It is important to us to treat our clients and their families with the respect and attention they deserve.

Jeff and Kirk focus their practice primarily on Criminal, Juvenile, and Traffic Defense. Together they have years of experience defending all levels of felonies and misdemeanors. Their offices are located in Fort Collins, right in the center of Old Town.

After my experience speaking with Jeff Schwarts and his colleagues I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for help.  I got myself into a poor situation and was not sure if I was in need of an attorney or not.  Jeff and Patrick first spoke with my Dad and offered him comfort and advice.  I want to applaud Jeff for being honest and not just trying to get me to pay for his services but being truthful as to whether I needed a lawyer right away.  I cannot stress how impressed I was with them offering advice and getting back to us right away when we called for help.  Even after I got everything taken care of, I called Jeff to check up afterwards and thank him, and the first thing he asked was how I was doing and how everything went. He even stayed on the phone with me for a while and discussed a few more questions I had wrapping everything up. I cannot continue to express how much relief and comfort Jeff gave me by taking the time to talk with me and give me his thoughts on a scary situation that with his help, worked out as best as I could have hoped for.

I am so glad we had Kirk Waible as our attorney. Kirk is GREAT.
He was by far the most reasonably priced. 
More importantly, he went the extra mile to ensure we got the best outcome. 
He took the extra time to talk to us and made sure we understood the process.

Our family was in need of a lawyer twice in the past 5 years. Both times we called upon Schwartz and Waible Law Firm. They worked very hard and kept us informed every step of the way. Helped understand the ins and the outs of the law. We were very pleased with the out come of both cases. Hopefully won’t need further need, but if we are won’t hesitate to call upon this law firm.

So if you are looking for a Law Firm that works as a team, are caring about their clients, and will do the best job possible you may want to call upon Schwartz and Waible.

Thank you Jeff for all of your hard work on my case! I'm not sure where I would stand with my charges if it wasn't for your help. I shouldn't have been charged for such a minor infraction in the first place but your knowledge of my case was the defining factor of getting my ridiculous charges dropped.
