I had a disappointing visit to this salon a couple days ago. I gave specific instructions as to what I wanted and my hairstylist, Megan, did the exact opposite. I expressed how haircuts have always scared me because stylists cut my hair too short. I showed her the areas of my hair that I asked her not to cut at all only to be turned away from the mirror and have her cut those exact areas I had asked her not to touch! She obviously did not understand what I was asking from her but I do not think I could have been more clear. I was frustrated that my stylist did not listen to what I wanted or bother to double check with me if what I asked was unclear

I really enjoyed my experience.  The place was spotless with a relaxed vibe.  Bev was funny as hell and definitely knows skin.
