Never had a problem and I've had them for almost 2 years. Whenever I needed assistance they were very nice and helpful.

This insurance company doesn't even deserve a star.  STAY AWAY. Fraudulent.  They'll ignore your problems as if they were unimportant. Why do we pay for insurance if they won't do anything to help their paying clients. Their Neglet, inhability, and lack of care to keep up with the high demands of their company shows a disabling display of nonexistent customer care. 
Don't waste your time and money. you'll regret it.

This insurance sucks their the worst people to deal with never get this insurance there's nothing good about it they don't even try to help you out all they want you to do is waste your money they don't call you back about your car when it's been in an accident they take for ever just to fix the car and when you try to call they let it go to voice mail the broker and supervisor do the same thing and then you can't even get in contact with the manager OVER ALL iTS THE WORST iNSUANCE EVER 
tHE BEST ADVICE YOU CAN Get iS LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AN INSUANCE COMPANY 👏🏼 trust me

you are right please stay away from this insurance comp. I had full coverage and my car was driven by my daughter but they refuse to cover.

They were very helpful in verifying a wrong payment that was on automatic debit into my bank account, and within 2 months sent me my money back even tho I'm nowadays living in the United Kingdom, which makes the process much harder..The manager Kelly and Ty were very friendly and professional.
