First and foremost, the customer service is great! The employees are always smiling when I would go.  However, after a couple times of trying to give this place a chance, I unfortunately got disappointed every time with a simple cup of black coffee. Every time I would order it the coffee would taste like hot water time and time again therefore making it some of the weakest coffee, I've ever had for almost $4. Also, there breakfast sandwiches and tacos seem like they're microwaved that lead them to be soggy and not enjoyable.

So Scooter’s has been open near our home for a little while now but we never thought to come here. We decided to finally try it and we definitely didn’t regret it. I got the caramel blended espresso with an extra shot. Wow! The coffee was strong but not bitter and it was oooh so creamy! And the service was super friendly and fast! You can actually taste the coffee in the drink  If you are a coffee lover you need to try this place and if you don’t like coffee, they fruit smoothies that are yummy  Simply delicious!

Friendly staff, good drinks, and reasonable prices! First time trying Scooters a few days ago and tried them again just to make sure : had their iced chai latte and iced matcha with vanilla and almond milk. A solid 8/10

I have been a loyal fan of "the other guys" for years. Scooters has won me over! Great coffee and incredibly fast service every time. I am a regular now specifically because of the great people who work there! Sage is a rock star and puts a smile on my face every time I drive through. What a fantastic team! See y'all soon for my regular!

You get half a cup of your drink if you don’t want ice and I can’t wrap my head around that. Also just take a look at this sandwich. Super disappointed.

I tried their   smoothie and added some protein to the mix. The texture was AMAZING!! I've never tasted anything quite like it . Service was fast and friendly. * they do not have dine in,only a drive through.

My wife and I moved here 2 years ago and Scooters has become our regular place.  The coffee is always delicious and the service is very friendly.

Came through a few days ago in the morning time, ordered a chai latte with almond milk, wasn't good at all. Attitudes of the workers came across like they didn't want to be there and that it was inconvenient to them. I met Sage at the window who I assume was the person in charge due to how she was talking to staff but wasn't friendly to talk to or engaging even though the sign outside the building mentions friendly faces and service. Starbucks is lower cost and better quality then the service I received from Scooters and their next closest competitor.

Been going to scooters since it opened and it’s become one of my favorite coffee places that I literally go out of my way for, but the last couple of months this business has gone down. They use to have the friendliest staff members and now it’s full of people with attitude . The drinks are definitely inconsistent and Sage is extremely rude and condescending when handling questions. I have free drinks on my app and I honestly don’t even know if I’ll go back due to how rude Sage is. Highly Disappointed with how the service has gone from great to terrible. The owner needs to check the staff because the staff is the reason this place isn’t going to make it.
