I had visited this location many times. For the good aspect of it,  the employees are friendly for most part even through the many crew member rotations I have witnessed. 
Now for the bad: my first qualm is for the price inconsistency I was encountered for the first weeks visiting and buying the same drink and its size. Second the flavour is also inconsistent for the same beverage but with different Barista. Third, apparently Scooters owners are not aware of the Class Action lawsuit that Starbucks faces for misleading their customers when offering less drink amount and charging for them a regular price. 
 
Customers pay attention for what you buy especially for those foamy drinks.

This is a cute drive through style coffee shop with a few outdoor seating options. They have coffee, breakfast items, and smoothies. The quality was good but a bit over priced.

quality of drinks has improved, and customer service is much better.  Good in a time crunch though given that they're the only drive through coffee shop in Leavenworth.

This is an excellent coffee shop. They offer breakfast wraps,  great coffee and smoothies.  The have first class employees that are very  friendly and attentive.

Great service & good coffee. But prices are higher than both Starbucks and Harbor Lights coffee houses.
