Great Experience!
We moved to a house that has a septic system from our previous house which was city sewer so never had to worry about in the past. We were pretty clueless on how the system worked and what we needed to maintain it.
That being said, they came out and went above and beyond of my expectations. They educated us on how the system worked and what they needed to do. They dug back mulch that was covering the large access holes rather than just going through the exposed tubes. He said for an efficient pumping this was the only way to get everything out that is needed. He had to use an additional mixer to make sure anything that wasn't suppose to be in there he was able to get out. He told us what we needed to do and what not to do to keep our system operating at its best.
We will definetly use them again in 2 years when its needed again.
