Just dealt with one of the worst attitudes ever from a teller at this scotiabank. The moment I arrived at Olga's counter she started huffing and sighing like I was annoying her. Then she asked me for some ID that I don't possess and I informed her that I didn't need it the previous year to which she replied "That's impossible". Basically accusing me of being a liar. I am going to go home and get the missing info and when I return I will insist on not dealing with this woman. I left Scotia years ago due to tellers with horrible attitudes and it seems like 20 years hasn't changed anything. This is clearly engraved into what must be a horrible corporate culture.

Update: went back and dealt with another teller and she was much more pleasant and professional. Still would never bank with them but Leila made up for the otherblady's horrible attitude.
