The staff in this branch of Scotiabank are the best.  They work their regular work week and are ALWAYS volunteering for every project in the area to help raise money - on their own time without getting paid.  You will NEVER see this being offered at any other bank.

For those that are having trouble getting through to the bank, you can get a business card at the bank for several of the employees - it lists their extension and their e-mail address.  For the most part we have had a great experience with this bank - the tellers are second to none - very friendly and helpful.

Most disgusting experience you can have.  They try so hard to avoid dealing with you, reaching a real person at the branch is next to impossible.  Avoid Scotia at all cost.
