I needed representation for a speeding ticket I UNFAIRLY got and he had no clue how to defend it. A total waste of money. I would've done a better job representing myself.

I used Scott in my divorce and custody case. During my consultation he reassured me that everything was going to go well and acted as if the entire situation was no big deal. After I paid my retainer that changed. It took me 14 months to get an agreed upon divorce and custody agreement. During a meeting with my ex and her attorney he actually said I was lucky to get what I'm getting which was joint custody. He was rude, dismissive and condescending whenever we talked. Bottom line, I would never hire him for anything ever again nor would I recommend him.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm today or so I thought. Sign on the door said back at 1.15 which is no problem (I scheduled the appointment this morning and arrived 10 minutes early, but mistakes happen), however the secretary seemed confused that she had told me 1.00 pm. She also kept referring to our conversation as her taking a message, which was puzzling and disrespectful since in my mind I had spoken with a human and interacted over a plan. They wanted to pencil me in an hour later, but promptly told me how it might not happen because of some other meetings or whatnot, before I could finish accepting the new scheduled time. If she had left it at that, I would be there now but they explained to me how it was going to be another situation where maybe they see me, maybe they don't. So I said thanks, but no thanks. I don't like dealing with people who do not follow the golden rule with other people's time. 

Scott immediately became interruptive and upset when I said that I wasn't going to give my business to them, and completely altered his tone. Very happy I decided not to deal with rescheduling, their colors came out about 1 second after they knew they had lost my business.

He did great job.i had speeding ticket over 14,ticket was dismissed.Thank you Scott
