Scott Builders provides accurate cost analyses during the early conceptual stages of the project, followed by quality construction and on-time completion. Our objective is to eliminate additional costs because all aspects were not considered, thereby eliminating the potential risks of your investment.

Scott Builders was founded on, and believes in the team concept. It is due to this strong team building ability that our projects have consistently come in under budget. We truly understand the importance of budget and strive with the team to achieve the desired results. We understand that it is our responsibility to provide all the available alternatives to the team during design, thus eliminating costly change orders. The only pricing we produce is based on the final cost of the project, not the starting price.
